You are not located in a country subject to international sanctions or prohibited jurisdictions.

2. Services Provided

Berbat AI provides AI-powered virtual receptionists, chatbots, and integrations designed to automate business communications and workflows.

These services may be powered in part by third-party providers such as OpenAI, Grok, Twilio, and Go High Level.

3. Payment Terms

Billing Model: We offer both subscription-based services and one-time purchases.

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly, unless otherwise agreed.

Free Trials: Free trials may be offered at our discretion and are limited to one per organization.

Refunds: We do not provide refunds for any payments, including unused portions of services.

All payments must be made through our designated payment processor. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Use the service only for lawful purposes.

Not use AI outputs to produce or promote harmful, illegal, abusive, or deceptive content.

Respect third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and data privacy laws.

Ensure that your use of AI does not violate industry-specific regulations or professional standards applicable to your business.

You are solely responsible for the content and data you provide through our services.

5. Company Rights

We reserve the right to:

6. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of any content, data, or information they submit to the platform.

AI Outputs (i.e., text or responses generated by the AI) may be used by clients for permitted business use, but do not transfer any ownership of the underlying AI or model. Unless explicitly stated, you do not have exclusive ownership over generated outputs.

You may not use our platform or outputs to build competing AI services or models.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties about:

The accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs.

Fitness for a particular purpose or commercial outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Berbat AI disclaims all liability for:

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 30 days.

8. Termination

Clients may cancel their subscription or service at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting support.

Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked, and no further charges will occur.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be:

If unresolved, submitted to the competent courts in Čačak, Serbia.

10. Modifications to These Terms
